ARE THE CONCERTS PRESENTED ACCORDING TO A SPECIFIC SCHEDULE?
The webcast begins on the indicated day and time and the concert is available for the entire period mentioned on the Orchestra's website. You therefore have the choice to watch the concerts at your convenience, with complete flexibility!
AT WHAT TIME DOES THE CONCERT END ON THE LAST DAY?
The concert ends at 8:00 p.m. on the last day of viewing.
WHAT ARE THE TICKET PRICES PER CONCERT?
The price is $ 18.14 per concert. (taxes and fees are included)
HOW DOES THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL CONCERTS WORK?
After making your payment through philharmonique.quebec, you will receive a confirmation email and get your unique viewing link.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW TO OBTAIN A TICKET?
- Click on the concert and "Ticket".
- At "unit price" enter 1 ticket and click on "payment".
- Fill in your contact information; it is important not to make mistakes in your email address.
- Click on "payment".
- A transaction confirmation will appear.
- You will receive two emails: one as a confirmation of your payment and another with the viewing link that will give you direct access to the concert
I HAVE BOOKED MY TICKETS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY VIEWING LINK. WHAT CAN I DO?

HOW TO WATCH THE CONCERTS?
The concerts will be accessible via the unique link which will be emailed to you after your payment. Simply click on the link to open it in a browser, whether on a computer, tablet or smartphone. To watch the concert on your TV, you can connect an HDMI cable or use a wireless streaming device such as Airplay or Chromecast. Moreover, we recommend the use of these last devices for an optimal experience.
I HAVE BOOKED SEVERAL TICKETS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You will receive one link per concert before each broadcast. A unique link means that the access is reserved for one viewing only, and therefore, cannot be shared with other users. If someone else tries to log in with your code, the code will no longer work. It is therefore important to keep your codes after purchase and not to share them with other users.
WILL I BE ABLE TO PAUSE THE CONCERT?
You can stop the viewing and resume it whenever you want.
CAN I GIVE A CONCERT AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, this is possible. The purchaser will have to send the viewing link to the person by email.
DO I NEED A HIGH-SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION?
High speed connection is not required. It does, however, ensure a better overall experience. To avoid moments of latency that may arise during your viewing, it is strongly recommended that you close any non-essential applications or software on your device and restrict the number of devices that use a lot of bandwidth on your Internet connection.

The concerts are recorded with professional teams in their field in order to offer you the best viewing experience possible.
